Growing Business Needs New Phones

It seems like it wasn’t that long ago that we were a small company of just two employees.  Yes, that is where our small accounting firm began with my wife and I doing the books and answering the phones - on the one phone line that we had.

But times change and our business now boasts a few more employees - around 20 or so.  We realized that we needed to ensure that our organization was able to maintain good communications both internally and with our customers, so we decided to take advantage of some articles on business phones that were provided by our phone supplier to make an educated decision.

Instead of going with Toshiba business phone systems, we decided to try out Norstar business phones instead.  So far we have been very happy with our new phones - I just hope that they will work well for at least a couple of years before we need to expand again.
